Registered Manager Extra Care Are you an experienced Care Manager / Registered Manager who enjoys managing quality-focused domiciliary care to enable people to maintain independence, with the logistical advantage of all your clients and staff being on-site rather than dispersed across a wide geographic area? If so, Extra Care Management could be the right move for you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the care service delivered across two ExtraCare schemes. The housing management is provided by an external housing provider, so your focus is purely on managing the domiciliary care service delivered to the clients within. Each site has its own Supervisor and care staff team, and you will split your time between the two, ensuring that a fully compliant, quality-focused service is delivered to all. The Registered Manager Role You will have ultimate responsibility for the safe delivery of care, ensuring that CQC standards are being met and regulatory requirements are fulfilled. Communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Conduct quarterly reviews and yearly satisfaction surveys. Ensure the accuracy and completion of care plans and risk assessments. Oversee the delivery of training. Work with internal partners such as HR, Recruitment Advisors, and Quality Managers. What you will need to be successful in this post It is

absolutely essential

that you have experience managing a CQC regulated care service, whether it be Domiciliary Care, ExtraCare, or Care Home. Registered Manager experience is beneficial, but this role would also suit an experienced Deputy Manager / Care Manager / Branch Manager who has a good understanding of the KLOEs. You will be qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership (or willing to work towards it). You will need to be a driver with your own vehicle. Interested?
