It is absolutely essential that you have experience of managing a CQC regulated care service before - this could be Domiciliary Care, ExtraCare or Care Home. Registered Manager experience is beneficial, but this role would also suit an experienced Deputy Manager / Care Manager / Branch Manager who has a good understanding of the KLOE's. You'll be qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership (or willing to work towards). You'll need to be a driver with your own vehicle. Interested?
