This organisation is committed to providing high-quality, innovative services that support families in need. As part of their service they have a family centre that offers a safe and nurturing environment for children and families, providing assessment, support, and guidance. Job Purpose: As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the new family centre. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Managing and developing a team of dedicated staff Providing high-quality care and support to children and families Building strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management:
Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted. Safeguarding:
Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families. Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service. Service Delivery:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Relevant social work qualification or equivalent Significant experience in a similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A commitment to safeguarding and child protection Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
