Responsibilities:
Manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the home, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines, relevant legislation, organizational policies and procedures, and codes of practice. Lead and manage a large team, fostering success among staff and relatives. Supervise staff to enable them to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance. Establish and maintain an atmosphere of care based on the values of the provider, emphasizing individual concern and mutual respect between residents and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role within residential or nursing care. Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 5 Management. Demonstrated excellent leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach.
The role of Registered Care Manager offers a salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 with an excellent benefits and achievable bonus package, dependent on candidate experience.
