Halcyon are working closely with a local provider in Gloucestershire, in their journey to find a new Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bedded residential service that specialises in providing care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This family-owned organisation has been a pillar of the Gloucestershire community for over 10 years, consistently obtaining Outstanding and Good ratings for both their children's and adults' services.
The Director of this organisation has an extensive background in psychology, focusing on tailored therapeutic methods and has built each service around the ethos of putting the children and adults they care for at the heart of everything they do.
This exciting position is open to both a strong Deputy Manager looking to make that step-up, or for an experienced Registered Manager looking for their next challenge. You will receive an extensive induction upon starting the role, ensuring you are fully equipped to excel in your new position.
In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of £31,000 to £35,000, depending on your experience. You will be joining a fully qualified team that offers fantastic training, as well as great progression opportunities for the future.
