Registered Manager
to lead a reputable home care service based in
St Albans . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home care service, ensuring exceptional care standards. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating. Lead and support the care team, ensuring ongoing training and professional development. Handle recruitment, performance management, and staff appraisals. Manage client care plans, liaise with families, and build positive relationships with external stakeholders. Maintain effective rostering and ensure resource allocation meets demand. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a
Registered Manager
or Deputy Manager in a
domiciliary/home care
setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
(preferred) or willingness to complete this qualification. In-depth knowledge of
CQC regulations
and care standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Full
UK driving license
