Your Responsibilities Will Include: Leading the management of a large Extra Care service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Collaborating with a Deputy Manager and Senior Care Staff for smooth operations. Driving quality assurance, including incident management and service improvement strategies. Leading safeguarding efforts and ensuring adherence to CQC standards. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Preparing for and participating in CQC inspections to achieve positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a CQC-registered management role. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Proven experience in leading large teams and managing change. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. A solid understanding of Extra Care services and the unique challenges they present.
