Are you an experienced Registered Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a 4-bedded children s therapeutic home in South Croydon. The home focuses on providing a safe, nurturing environment using PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) and positive handling techniques.
The last Ofsted inspection, conducted in July last year, rated the home as
Good in all areas . We are looking for a dedicated individual who can maintain and build upon this high standard. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of the 4-bedded home in South Croydon, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager, sharing on-call responsibilities. Implement PACE and positive handling practices to support the children s development. Maintain and improve the home s current

rating, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards. Requirements: Open to Deputy Managers with relevant experience. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete; company-sponsored training available). Minimum of
2 years experience
in a management role within children s residential care.
