Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

Are you an experienced manager looking to lead a service that supports adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee an 8-bed service in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact by delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team to provide care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including staffing, budget management, and compliance with regulations. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Conduct assessments, create care plans, and monitor care quality through regular audits. Stay updated on best practices, mental health legislation, and CQC standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements: NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management. Proven managerial experience in a mental health care or learning disabilities setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act and CQC standards.
