If you are an experienced registered manager with particular experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism, then my client provides high levels of support with multi-disciplinary input for a small service for young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and would be interested in speaking with you. The services are based in the East Midlands and combine the highest quality accommodation in small family scale homes, with a caring and dedicated support team who support everyone who lives at the home to get out and about in the community doing what they love to do. There is an experienced operations team to support you, and my client offers ongoing learning and development as well as a supportive head office. Qualifications and Experience
You will have experience of working in this field and a passion for delivering excellent care, and ideally a specific qualification in mental health, learning disability, and/or autism. Benefits
