Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities & Autism - Lincolnshire Salary of £45,000 + £3,000 car allowance with excellent benefits package Work for one of the UK's largest and most respected complex care providers.

Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care within the learning disability setting? Are you looking to further develop your leadership skills? Join a trusted provider of learning disability care packages as a Registered Manager! This field-based role covers the Lincolnshire catchment area where the company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.

The successful Registered Manager will need to have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and be committed to making a difference in the lives of the people they support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this varied role involves direct communication with patients, relatives, ICBs, and wider care teams.

Minimum Requirements:

Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic. Have a proven track record in managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting. Experience in developing and implementing care plans. Sound knowledge of the CQC framework and willingness to be a CQC Registered Manager. Possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others. Have a full UK driving licence for client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and implement personalised care plans. Induct support workers and supervise team members. Perform spot checks and manage risk. Support team members with internal and external inspections as required by the CQC. Attend meetings with ICBs and clients. Provide regular reports and updates.
