I am looking for a Registered Manager who has a background within Learning Disability, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour care.
Our client requires a Registered Manager based in Worthing to oversee a small residential service specialising in Learning Disability, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour care.
As the Registered Manager, you will be in charge of running the home and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided. The Registered Manager will also ensure compliance, health and safety, business development, and working within the local community. You will have knowledge and experience with CQC.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Management Background CQC Knowledge & Experience Background in Learning Disability, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour care Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good IT, finance, and organisational skills Valid UK Driving License Registered Manager Responsibilities:
