Our client requires a Registered Manager based in Worthing to oversee a small residential service specializing in Learning Disability, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour care.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for running the home and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided. You will also ensure compliance, health and safety, business development, and work within the local community. Knowledge and experience with CQC standards are essential.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Management Background CQC Knowledge & Experience Background in Learning Disability, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour care Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good IT, finance, and organizational skills Valid UK Driving License
Registered Manager Responsibilities: Ensuring high-quality support within the homes and maintaining CQC standards Support, development, and training for staff Organization of rotas, finances, and report writing Liaising with external bodies
