Registered Manager

to lead this exciting new venture and grow with the organisation as they expand their presence in the region. The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing this new home as a haven for young people with EBD and complex needs. You will: Be instrumental in setting up and registering the home with Ofsted, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Build and lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for the young people in your care. Create and implement high-quality care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and development. Drive the home's success, achieving high standards and positive outcomes for the young people. Contribute to the organisation's growth strategy in the area, with significant opportunities for career progression as the company expands. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care, ideally with young people with EBD and complex needs. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the ability to achieve Good or Outstanding outcomes. A passion for creating positive change and a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills. The vision and ambition to grow with the organisation and shape its future in the region. The Rewards: This role offers a
