Position: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Near Littlehampton
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a dedicated team at a reputable nursing home located near Littlehampton. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Registered Manager with a strong background in nursing and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and achieve positive outcomes in inspections. Lead and support staff, fostering a compassionate and collaborative environment. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those living with advanced dementia.
Requirements: Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC registration. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care is preferred. Proven track record as a Registered Manager with a Good CQC report. Extensive knowledge and experience in dementia care.
