children's home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a beautiful residential home in the area of Llanelli? I have the perfect opportunity for you to put your own stamp on a 4-bed Children's EBD home which is looking for a manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home with the support of an experienced senior leadership team. Delivering the highest levels of care and support to young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives. In return, the organisation offers you autonomy to run the home as you see fit, and most importantly a genuine understanding of the importance of work-life balance, flexibility and the general well-being of all employees. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.
