Are you a CQC Registered Manager looking for a brilliant new opportunity? An established Mental Health service is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their brilliant team. Main Duties:
Demonstrate leadership and management of the service. Supervise, empower, and inspire the team to ensure positive outcomes for the patients. Take charge of regular communication with residents, relatives, external professionals, and Directors. Manage financial budgets to ensure revenue and income targets are met. Requirements:
Hold a relevant RMN (Mental Health) qualification and valid registration with no restrictions. Be an inspirational leader. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels. Have experience in risk assessing and care planning. Working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors. Benefits:
