Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
Are you a experienced Registered Nurse looking for brilliant new opportunity? An established Neurological Centre is looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join their brilliant team.
Main duties:
Leadership and Management of the service Supervise, empower and inspire the team to ensure positive outcomes for the patients. Take charge of the regular communication with residents, relatives, external professionals and Directors. Manage financial budgets to ensure revenue and income targets are must.
Requirements:
Hold a relevant RGN qualification and valid registration with no restrictions. 3 years of Neuro experience Management experience Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with people at all levels. Have experience risk assessing and care planning.
