REGISTERED MANAGER

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager, a driven individual who always goes the extra mile and ensures top quality care at all times.

You will oversee daily operations, allowing you to manage, develop, and grow a profitable business that delivers exceptional care to the service users.

Responsibilities

Be aware of Key Performance Indicators, ensuring the business grows in a developing manner. Identify and recruit excellent Carers, manage all training, and maintain quality. Aim to achieve the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring the achievement of outstanding CQC compliance. Staff rota management to ensure the Carers deliver the allocated care to the client. Ensure scheduled Spot Checks, Reviews, Audits, and Annual Surveys are conducted and all activity is recorded. Be accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients, ensuring the Health & Safety policy and procedures are followed at all times in accordance with regulations of the CQC. Complete and continuously improve the Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Care Plans to ensure the outcome of the client is achieved and the customers' expectations are exceeded. Take responsibility for ensuring the emergency on-call mobile phone is covered outside normal office hours, including holding the phone as part of the on-call rota. Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and approved practice; and promote the aims and values of the care service.

Necessary Experience Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. Management experience in the care industry, preferably in Domiciliary Care, with excellent understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk passionately about our services and values to potential clients or referral sources. Extremely well organized, excellent planning and prioritizing ability with high attention to detail.

A full UK driving licence and fully enhanced DBS check is a requirement of the role.

On Offer Excellent above average salary £35,000 - £40,000 for the right candidate + performance-related bonus.
