To be considered for the Home Manager role, you'll need: An NMC nursing pin preferred but not essential. Home management experience in an elderly care setting, including nursing care. A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager. An NVQ in social care management. Excellent leadership abilities and solid values about quality care provision.
