Support your team , with inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and professional development. Stay compliant , managing policies and procedures like safeguarding, health & safety, and finance while creating a great place to work. Requirements
What We’re Looking For: A Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare (and a willingness to smash that Level 5!). A Registered Manager with experience running a children’s home graded ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding.’ A natural ability to inspire, organize, and lead a team.
