Registered Manager

to join our team and lead our efforts to secure CQC registration. This is a

full-time position

(40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of

Overseeing the implementation of high-quality care standards to achieve and maintain CQC registration. Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Collaborating with clients and caregivers to deliver exceptional care services tailored to individual needs. Leading recruitment and training efforts to build a robust and effective team. Developing and nurturing relationships with families and stakeholders to promote trust and reliability. Who are we looking for? We’d love to hear from candidates who have: A

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care

(Or CQC approved equivalent). Experience working in a recruitment business (preferred but not essential). Experience achieving CQC registration (preferred but not essential). A background in children’s care services (preferred). Strong leadership skills and a proactive, compassionate approach to care.
