Our client prides themselves on putting their residents before their profits by building state-of-the-art homes; their new project requires more senior staff, leaving huge potential for growth!

The role is to manage across multiple sites and ensure the residents are being treated with Ofsted standard care. This will be regulated through managing staff, ensuring safeguarding training & protocol is kept up to date, and attending & supervising in multi-disciplinary meetings with local authorities & social workers. Experience & Qualifications required:
