Our client is seeking a Registered Manager to join their team in Middleton, Manchester, one of the largest providers of adult social care in the UK. Responsibilities:

Ensuring consistent and reliable care across the homes under your management. Supporting adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and autism. Empowering your team to help individuals live fulfilled and ambitious lives. Maintaining a safe, effective, and caring environment in line with regulatory standards. Managing resources creatively to meet budgeted income and performance levels. Upholding the company's values and leadership charter.

Package and Benefits:

Annual salary of up to £36,000. 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Birthday off with pay after a year of service. £300 refer a friend scheme. Industry-leading recognition programmes and social wellbeing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

A good general education and confident IT skills. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the Care Standards Act 2000 and CQC. Mandatory training qualifications (e.g., fire safety, first aid). RQF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care. A commitment to training and development. Honesty, reliability, and a passion for making a difference.
