for their children's home to success! Location:

2-bedded EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home Salary:

Up to £50,000 - £65,000 per annum What You'll Do: Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards. Oversee the care and development of young people with EBD, fostering positive outcomes. Lead and motivate the staff team, providing training and support as needed. What We're Looking For: Experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential care setting. Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding practices. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent. If you're passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people, we want to hear from you!
