My client is a local county council who have exciting expansion plans to open children's homes in the county. This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking council. The Registered Manager will manage a brand new, high spec children's home in Oxford for up to 4 young people aged 12-17 in mid to long-term accommodation with intensive support packages. The Registered Manager role is an interim post for six months with the opportunity to go permenant if suitable. This contract is paying £47.00 per hour on a 37-hour week. (£90,428 Pro Rata) To be considered for the Registered Children's Manager role, you must have: Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding.
