Overseeing the running of this brand new care home and reporting to the director of operations. Ensuring service compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Developing the service and ensuring it is promoted and marketed effectively to achieve the required occupancy levels. Building relationships with external partners and raising the profile within the local community. Holding the registration for the service and line managing staff within the home. Health and Safety across the site. To be considered for the Registered Manager position, you will need:
Experience working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia, or in a similar setting. Experience in holding CQC registration in a similar specialist setting. The ability to lead a specialised team of professionals. Ability to manage the budget and finances across the site. Experience in driving occupancy levels, marketing homes, and building relationships within the local community. Ability to meet company targets and deliver business objectives.
