Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and complex behaviours? We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team, overseeing care services and ensuring the highest standards of support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team to deliver quality, person-centred care for individuals with autism and complex needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, supportive environment. Develop individualized care plans and implement best practices for behavioural support. Work closely with families, healthcare providers, and external agencies to optimize outcomes. Requirements: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Proven experience managing services for individuals with autism and complex behaviours. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to compassionate, inclusive care.
