Monday - Friday 9-5 ( 39 hours per week ) with overtime and on call duty About the Role: Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable, leading charity of mental health services for older adults living with a mental health condition and other associated needs. Together, we are seeking a Registered Manager ( Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN ) for their care home, based in Manchester.

As a qualified Registered Manager / Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the service, ensuring exceptional care, compliance and regulations and be responsible for coming up with new ideas to improve the service. Key Responsibilities: Ensure service users are provided with care of the highest standards that complies with CQC standards. Effective management of the home, including the effective deployment of employees and effective use of financial and physical resources. To ensure that care plans are accurate, updated and empowering and constructed in consultation with service users, advocates, family and stakeholders. To develop, support and implement a range of activities designed to engage service users and team members in the decision-making processes of the home. Lead the team within the home and to ensure all care plans are tailored to each individual. To work as part of a regional team to develop and enhance service delivery. Where appropriate to undertake cross regional activities, e.g. training, investigations etc. On call responsibility, to undertake any other duties in order to meet personal, team and organisational objectives following consultation with your manager. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be: An Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ). 1-year previous experience of managing a care home / setting. In possession of a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK ( RMN ). Strong team working skills. Positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate.
