Working for one of the UK's leading providers of care and support to vulnerable people, we are seeking a dynamic leader who can manage and lead their neurological rehabilitation centre, Rochdale. The role: Leading a dedicated team of care and clinical professionals, that's supported by a network of Regional managers and Directors. Lead by example and have the ability to mentor, inspire and encourage your team to deliver exceptional care. Adhere to and follow all legislative and quality standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Manage the daily operations of the service including arranging and attending team meetings, training, and staff performance management. Ensure that all documents are clearly and effectively communicated, whilst ensuring that your team is empowered to excel in their own written communications and care plans. Oversee the transitions for new individuals to join the service. Build and maintain strong relationships with families and other external professionals. Be registered with the CQC. The ideal Candidate: You will have significant experience of working with and supporting people with ABI and related illnesses. You will be an RM now seeking a new opportunity. Hold the Level 5 in leadership & management (or equivalent). You will have the ability to lead from the front and have a genuine passion for delivering quality care. Excel in communication and be passionate with a positive attitude and a key focus to deliver person-centred care. Be flexible to work on the 'on call' rota system.
