About the Role As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of care and clinical professionals, supported by a network of regional operations managers and directors. Our service is proud to be rated Good by the CQC, and we’re seeking a leader who is relentless in their pursuit of excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the health, wellbeing, and personal growth of individuals and colleagues. • Maintain outstanding quality standards and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Lead by example—mentor and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care. • Manage day-to-day operations, including team meetings, training compliance, and annual leave. • Build strong relationships with families, external professionals, and regulators to foster collaborative care. • Oversee seamless transitions for new individuals joining our services. • Ensure clear and effective documentation, empowering teams to excel in written communications and care plans. • Provide timely and accurate reports to support quality and compliance efforts. • Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). About You We’re looking for someone who: • Has significant experience with acquired brain injuries and related illnesses, ideally in a rehabilitation or mental health care setting. • Is a current Registered Manager seeking a new challenge. • Holds an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care. • Demonstrates strong leadership and a passion for quality and governance. • Excels in communication and can influence at all levels. • Thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. • Is flexible to lead by example, including participating in the “on-call” rota or covering shifts when necessary. • Above all, is relentless in delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to thrive.
