Registered Manager - Care Home (Private Sector)

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (Including Bonus)

Overview: Our client, a well-established and reputable care provider, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a care home in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in private sector occupancy, who is looking to take on a rewarding leadership role. The position offers a competitive salary of £95,000, which includes a performance-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations. Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to achieve business and care objectives. Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards. Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that residents receive personalized and compassionate care. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. Monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement across all areas of the service.
Requirements: Proven experience in a Registered Manager role, ideally within a private occupancy setting. Previous experience managing a care home with a focus on private clients is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. RGN qualification is ideal but not essential. In-depth understanding of CQC standards and other regulatory requirements. A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving residents' quality of life.
