Job description

REGISTERED CARE MANAGER We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to work in the adults domiciliary sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and looking to open new services.

Competitive salary

ranging from £33k to £36k per annum DOE

The Role: As a Registered Manager your role will include: Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations. Ensuring strict compliance with CQC. Managing staff and resources effectively. Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans. Liaising with families and healthcare professionals. Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers. Following of policies and procedures. Clinical reviews. Oversee the rotas.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Care Manager should have: Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it. Management experience in the healthcare sector - domiciliary care, supported living or residential. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A strong character and be a good communicator. Be a reflective leader. Desire to develop their own style of management. Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service. Experience as a manager or a deputy manager. Passion for high levels of care. Full UK driving license.

The Package: The benefits package for the Registered Manager role includes: A basic salary of £33-36k DOE. Training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Excellent progression opportunities.
