Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
I am currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for a well-established, medium-sized care home located in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional care to join a reputable and thriving care home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care is provided at all times. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and ensure the home continues to achieve 'Good' ratings or better. Provide leadership to a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. Oversee and contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes.
Essential Criteria:
Must have a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Proven track record as a Registered Manager with a history of achieving good CQC reports. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to maintain compliance. A personable and approachable leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. A strong passion for providing outstanding care and a genuine desire to make a difference.
