Your Role as Registered Manager Take full responsibility for the daily operations of our services, ensuring they meet and exceed CQC and Ofsted standards. Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding, person-centered care. Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and external agencies, ensuring collaborative and seamless support. Conduct audits, oversee risk management, and maintain robust quality assurance practices. Drive recruitment, staff development, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team. Be a champion for innovation, always seeking new ways to improve the care we provide. What We’re Looking For: Leadership & Expertise: Proven experience as a Registered Manager with a solid understanding of CQC and Ofsted frameworks. Qualifications: Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Vision & Passion: A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes. Communication Skills: The ability to build trust, inspire teams, and engage effectively with stakeholders. Flexibility: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
