Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of their home and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to their residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, leading a team of professionals, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents. Duties for the Registered Manager will include but not be limited to the following: Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of care professionals, ensuring that all staff provide person-centred care in accordance with our organisational values. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members' professional growth. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that the service meets all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and local authority guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in the care sector. Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care and promote continuous improvement. Monitor care delivery, conduct audits, and analyse feedback to maintain high standards of care. Financial Management:

Manage the budget effectively, ensuring that resources are used efficiently while maintaining quality care. Prepare financial reports and forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met. Resident and Family Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and advocates, addressing complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. Organise activities and events that enhance resident engagement and well-being. Crisis Management:

Respond to emergencies and crises with a calm and effective approach, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff. The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager will have the following: Registered Manager qualification or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care). Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in the care industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a crisis. Please note due to the nature of the business you must have flexibility with working hours and availability to be on call over weekends.
