Job Description: My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Registered Manager, with successful CQC reports and a strong understanding of dementia care. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining our commitment to excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and caring environment. Lead, manage, and develop a team of dedicated staff to deliver high-quality care. Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and maintain Good or Outstanding ratings. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability and growth of the home. Foster a positive culture that promotes resident well-being and staff development.
Requirements: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Registered Manager with strong CQC outcomes. In-depth knowledge of dementia care and best practices. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous improvement.
