Successful candidate will:
1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supported living and residential services.
2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and strive for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
3. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
4. Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the service.
