Description: Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Swindon, UK Salary: 40,000- 45,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care agency based in Swindon. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of care staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated and supported to provide excellent care services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements. Oversee the recruitment and retention of care staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times. Conduct regular quality assurance audits and implement improvements where necessary. Manage the budget and resources effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the agency. Handle any complaints or concerns raised by clients or their families in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and maintained. Requirements: Registered Manager with a valid NMC registration. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the domiciliary care sector. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
