Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Registered Manager to work full time based in an Ofsted registered Children’s home in Taunton. The salary for this permanent Registered Manager job is up to £48,000. Main Duties: Managing and overseeing daily operations of the home. Providing leadership and supervision to your team. Developing and implementing high-quality care plans and risk assessments. Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements. Managing recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning. Supporting and guiding young people to achieve their potential. Developing and implementing personalized care plans. Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of care. Engaging with young people in a meaningful and impactful manner. Requirements of this job: Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Children’s residential care, 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Ability to show leadership skills. Experience of managing budgets.
