Twickenham We are working with a fantastic organisation based in Twickenham who are looking for a Registered Manager to join them on a full-time FTC basis for 12 Months. Our client is a Public Sector organisation that supports people with a range of needs by providing accommodation services, care, and support. The Manager will need to hold their Level 5 qualification and have held Registration with CQC previously. An Enhanced DBS check will also be required. The ideal candidate will: Have extensive leadership and CRM experience Be familiar with PBS Framework/Capable Environments Have the ability to motivate staff to deliver excellent services Be fundamentally calm and resilient, not letting emotion adversely affect them or obscure their judgement An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
