Registered Manager
Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum
Location: West Bromwich
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee an established EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation and lead a well-rated home to continued success.
About the Role
The home currently holds a Good Ofsted rating, and we are looking for a leader who can maintain and build on this standard. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while promoting a nurturing and safe environment for the young people. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of staff. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of the young people. Maintain the home's Good Ofsted rating by ensuring consistent adherence to regulations and best practices. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. Ensure the effective management of budgets and resources. Proven Ofsted knowledge and experience, with a strong understanding of regulations and standards. Experience managing an EBD home or similar setting. A valid driving licence. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, with flexibility to address the needs of the home as required. What We Offer
