Job Title: Registered Manager - Solo Home Location: Weymouth Salary: £43,000 DOE Working Hours: On average, 39 hours per week – flexibility is required to ensure the smooth running of the home Service: Children’s Home Service Users: Solo placement for one child aged 6–11 on admission with EBD, trauma, and ACEs Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Residential Childcare Level 5 in Leadership and Management (achieved or willing to work towards) Experience in Years Required: At least 3 years in management roles within a children’s residential setting Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Number of Beds:

You will have a proven track record with Ofsted, a strong understanding of the legislative framework surrounding residential childcare, and experience leading and developing a team.
