As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading a team. Promoting a strong safeguarding culture. Ensuring compliance with all governing body regulations and company policies. Developing and motivating a high-performing team. Maintaining high standards of care and education. Overseeing compliance, leadership, and health and safety.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role will have:

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a similar environment. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. A proven track record of delivering high-quality care. Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate a large team. Flexibility to manage hours, including sleep-in duties. A full driving licence.
