My client is an established and reputable provider who supports children with learning disabilities and EBD to regain their independence.
The Registered Manager role is a permanent full-time post paying up to £50,000.
You will be the focal point for the home, managing both homes in the area, overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, line managing staff, instilling a high-performing culture, and ensuring OFSTED compliance.
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in EBD, previous experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking for that next step up, and a positive style with a keen focus on OFSTED compliance.
To be considered as Registered Manager, you must have:
