Are you an experienced and passionate care professional looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a thriving 35-bed learning disability nursing home near Worksop. Operated by a reputable care provider, the home is at full occupancy, fully staffed, and has a strong CQC rating.

About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to residents and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, working collaboratively to sustain the home's excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing strong leadership to the team and fostering a culture of high-quality, person-centered care. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the home's "Good" rating. Overseeing budgets, resources, and operational performance to ensure smooth running. Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Driving continuous improvement and promoting a positive workplace environment.
