Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career? My client is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join their well-established, Good CQC-rated care home in Worthing as the Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in line with CQC guidelines. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of care for all residents. Develop and implement care plans and ensure that all staff are trained and supported. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. Ensure the home's policies and procedures align with current regulations and best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
Established as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking for the next step. NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification). Experience in dementia care is essential. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and requirements. A strong leader with a commitment to delivering person-centered care. Passionate about ensuring a high standard of care for elderly residents. A desire to stay long term and grow with the company.
