This role involves leading a dedicated team and overseeing a small care home for disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a skilled care team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance, fostering a supportive work environment. Ensure financial sustainability by effectively managing budgets. Maintain a high standard of care, achieving positive outcomes for residents.
Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Experienced in managing care services, with strong leadership skills. Knowledgeable in safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations. Skilled in communication, with a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life.
