Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to deliver the highest level of care to our residents.
Manage budgets, resources, and staff performance to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
