Job Advert - Division Information We are looking to appoint an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse. This role will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing patient-centred care to our service users, including assessments, care planning, risk management, and providing high-quality, compassionate care with a person-centred approach. You will also work with our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations through collaboration. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to colleagues and be part of a supportive team.
About Nelson House Hospital Nelson House Hospital is a modern and spacious locked rehabilitation recovery service for men with mental illness. By focusing on the development of skills for independence, the unit provides a positive step for patients, many of whom will transition to living in the community. It helps patients learn new ways of managing their conditions and symptoms, aiming to prevent any future relapse. For patients with challenging behaviours, Nelson House assists them in learning skills to change their responses to anxiety and distress.
